When should I make a reservation?
To secure availability, it's best to book at least 2–3 weeks ahead, or 4–6 weeks in advance for corporate gatherings and special occasions during busy seasons (May–September).
What if the weather is bad on the day of our charter?
Your safety is paramount. Should our captain deem the weather hazardous, we'll either reschedule to an available date or process a full refund. We'll be in touch if concerning weather is forecasted 24 hours ahead of your departure.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Absolutely, feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We can also provide personalized catering services. Please keep in mind that for everyone's safety, glass containers are not allowed.
Is yacht access feasible for guests with physical disabilities?
We aim to accommodate all patrons. Certain vessels are more accessible than others. Reach out with specifics concerning your needs, and we'll suggest the most compatible yacht and arrange the necessary adaptations.
What's your policy for cancellations?
Provided you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24–72 hours prior, a 50% refund applies. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, aside from cancellations due to inclement weather or mechanical issues from our side.
